AL FRESCO

Born out of a roundtable discussion around upcoming trends, this Chillable Red was commissioned by Sarah Benson MW, Co-op buyer.

Using specific Lallemand Oenology yeast and a unique winemaking method, we captured the fresh, vibrant strawberry characteristics of Garnacha at 11% abv in a very drinkable/smashable style

The style of wine was a success with the media, achieving great coverage in both wine and national press, as well as featuring on Saturday Kitchen, prime time television.
